TOP 5 DIFFERENCES between a Condev New Home Specialist and normal Sales people? #1 Experience Condev is different than other builders. We require a minimum of FIVE YEARS experience in new home construction with another company or within our own before one can receive the status of NEW HOME SPECIALIST. You are valuable to us, so is getting your home right. We don't trust this to novices whose job is to simply ask you to sign on the dotted line. Your New Home Specialist WILL ALWAYS be able to answer your questions or find the answers right away; they will not make them up. They are also there to help to clarify items that you might not ask on your own. We don't like surprises at Condev, either for you for us. #2 Product knowledge and continuing training on building codes, warranties, and business ethics Condev's New Home Specialists have weekly meetings with our Construction Managers to get updated on any new products, updated wind codes, or state regulations that might affect the construction of your home. Each New Home Specialist is also required to be a licensed realtor. This keeps them informed of current information provided by their local realtor associations such as the Space Coast Association of Realtors (SCAR), Melbourne Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), Orlando Regional Realtor Association, or East Polk County Association of Realtors (EPCAR). INSIDE TIP... many Sales Associates do not have their real estate licenses and lack general knowledge of the construction process. Likewise, our New Home Specialists forward any additional information they have to Condev's corporate office so we can stay abreast of all local market conditions. #4 Exceptional communication skills Condev keeps you involved in the building process because it's your investment, and because we care.
